Inside Sales Technician

Our client, a company located in Quebec City, is a leading distributor of residential water system pumps and is currently looking for an Inside Sales Technician.

Tasks:

• Contact customers and suppliers.
• Guide customers in their pump needs.
• Participate in sales growth.
• Develop professionally by participating in training courses.
• Know suppliers and product specifications.
• Troubleshoot problems when necessary.
• Keep track of sales quotes.
• Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Experience or good knowledge in pumps or related field (asset).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Class 5 driver’s license required.
• Good mechanical or electromechanical knowledge (pumps, hydraulics).
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Word
• Knowledge of SAP Business one.
• Good command of French and English.
