Accelerate your career and succeed in an environment where you can make an impact daily.RESPONSIBILITIES:Be a key member of the overall implementation and operation teamGather specifications from the client and delivers a release that meets the needs presentedAnalyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilitiesInterface with internal technical teams, and process managers to successfully set up ServiceNowDocument all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology relatedParticipate in process improvement efforts and drive the continuous improvements of the implementation and service offeringsParticipate in project activities and implementations, working in close collaboration with Process managers, and internal client resourcesCreate requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation.Maintain and support ServiceNow operational functions; monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of the applicationDeploy new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow live environment; quickly ascertaining the needs of the customerConfigure/Customize the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows, business rulesBuild service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the serviceUses scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate rote tasks and/or any workflowPerform integrations and process automation using ServiceNowCreate integrations, and applications in the ServiceNow platformContribute and maintain to integrations created on the ServiceNow platformDevelop workflows, business rules and/or any related client/server scriptsAssist the ITSM administration team with any additional development needsPREFERRED SKILLSStrong experience with database applications, SQL constructs and query optimizationPractical experience with PERL, JavaScript, xml, Python, Perl, VB, Shell scripting and/or other dynamic languagesKnowledge of diverse development framework, AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Spring MVC, Struts, etc.)Software development experience in Java-family languages and web Java (front-end) (J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.)Knowledge of SOA framework and associated web services technologies; WSDL, XSD, SAML and RestAPIknowledge of Responsive Web and mobile designFamiliarity with User Interface design and User Experience conceptsExperience with software performance analysis and code optimizationStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to extract & merge/join data from various repositories for quantitative analysis and generation of actionable informationGood understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Quality Assurance and Change & Release ManagementGood estimation skills to determine effort and time needed based on high level requirementsGood time & priorities management, ability to work on parallel tasksMANDATORY:Strong & fluent communication inEnglish and FrenchStrong presentation development and customer presentation skillsSuccessful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadershipabilitiesGraduate in relevant education backgroundStrong analytical skillsNICE TO HAVE:ServiceNow Developer certified professional.Ability to adapt to an international dynamic working environment.Experience with supporting managed services engagements
