What will your typical day look like?

We have an exciting opportunity work in a high growth, priority area of Deloitte-Operate. Our Pricing Manager is a key member of the Global Operate team. This role will work with Deloitte Geographies to stand-up and support local Pricing Centers of Excellence (PCOEs). Our Pricing Manger will also identify individual(s) within Deloitte Geographies to serve as PCOE contact(s). This role will support critical deals through the pricing process (Top 20 Global Deals) and review local geography plans for financial management approach. . Executing this role will require frequent coordination and communication with leaders across Global and the MFs.


  • Oversees efforts to stand up infrastructure and pricing
  • Support for Subject Matter Expertise
  • Collaborates and partners with Sales Engine contacts for Green-Dot and Business Specific functions
  • Partners with the pursuit team(s) to understanding client requirements, client situation and factors for driving buying decision
  • Provides insights/feedback for approaches for developing initial resource estimates
  • Oversees the training for pricing tools/processes
  • Reviews and considers opportunities to deploy and expand Deloitte/client portfolio(s)
  • Assists in modeling of Alternative Deal Constructs for pricing solution(s)
  • Ensures presentations address local approval items (i.e. solution overview, Deloitte team overview, pricing/deal approach)
  • Provides updates to executive leadership

The Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provides mission critical services to support Global Operate’ s overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related Business degree
  • At least 5 years of professional experience Business Solutioning, Sales, Pricing or related Business area
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with either managed services or management consulting
  • Professional knowledge and experienced with performing Win/Loss Analysis, following client decision
  • Demonstrates knowledge of translating pricing model into local deal management tool
  • Familiar with Operate and a strong understanding of delivery and economics, including the role of the global delivery network
  • Exhibits strategic and innovative solutions and strong communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
  • Flexibility to attend pricing calls or meetings
