What will your typical day look like?

You’ll leverage your deep Consumer industry knowledge and commercial insight to service as a trusted advisor to clients and consulting teams through the Organizational Design and/or Transformational process. You’ll lead consulting teams to develop and implement Organizational Design solutions across the Consumer Industry, with a focus on Retail & Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Automotive, and Travel & Hospitality clients. As a Senior Manager on this team, you’ll influence clients, teams and individuals positively, lead by example, think innovatively and establish confident relationships.
Additionally, you will support in building a strong and resilient org. design and human capital industry team, collaborating with our broader human capital and consumer community to advance eminence and impact in the sector.This will include supporting marketing & business development priorities, including the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW), proposals (RFP and sole sourced), and lead senior client presentations.

The Organizational Strategy & Design team contains the best, brightest and dedicated consultants in Canada. Our clients see the increasing importance of shifting away from traditional hierarchies towards more adaptable, outcome-focused, organizational structures and look to us to help to guide them to that potential. We have practitioners coast-to-coast, and operate truly national by nature. We embrace the Firm’s purpose, and tackle some of Canada’s largest Organizational Design challenges

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in organization design or a relevant field – Strategy, Operating Model, Org Transformation, Operations, Business Line or HR Leadership, ideally with some previous experience working in a Consulting firm
  • Deep knowledge of and experience working in / with the Consumer Industry, with a focus on one or more of the following sub-sectors: Retail & Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Travel and Hospitality
  • Significant experience with Organization Design and managing complex organizational transformations, ideally with previous experience delivering transformations in Consumer Industry organizations
  • A strong track record in delivering exceptional client service by maximizing results and driving high performance from people, while also fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
  • Comfort working collaboratively across a wide cross-section of advisory disciplines in and industries – to tackle our client’s issues holistically.
  • Experience and comfort working with, operating at, and delivering to the C-suite level.
  • Experienced in developing high performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
  • Ability to continue to build the brand and develop sales opportunities across the market
