Full Stack Developer

The Full-Stack Engineer Role at Botpress We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate developer to join our core team, someone who’s comfortable with both front and back end programming, all in Typescript.

Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture, along with scalable backend code.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will both jump in current initiatives and will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Autonomy and creativity are super important in our team, engineers are often left to themselves to solve challenging problems.

Responsibilities Work with the core engineering team to develop & maintain the Botpress Stack Be the stack expert, knowing all the ins and outs of Botpress, and guide customers to build great conversational AI experiences Write unit and end to end tests for mission-critical features Clean up technical dept while keeping a forefront view Get in touch with the community and come up with new ideas to make the Botpress stack a success Build tools, write sample code, and contribute to the product development to resolve user issues Contribute to product documentation Requirements 2 years of software development or programming Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an advantage) Experienced with: React.js, Node, PostgreSQL, Redis A marked interest in Conversational AI, voice
