Fairstone: Marketing Automation Specialist

Fairstone is looking for a talented digital marketer to execute our marketing automation strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing customer journeys and marketing automation campaigns, developing and coding key marketing tracking platforms and optimizing and reporting on performance.

The role will largely focus on direct marketing engagement tactics and cross-channel collaboration to achieve growth targets while improving customer engagement and retention.Reporting to Sr.

Manager, Digital Marketing (Marketing Automation), this role has the following responsibilities:Work with Sr.

Manager to develop and deploy marketing automation platform including strategy, methodology, and infrastructure to manage scoring, nurturing, conversions and business process optimizations.Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs in a flexible and timely mannerUncover opportunities to optimize conversion points across the marketing and lead generation/nurturing funnelsManage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverabilityExperience in planning and executing user-journey funnels to assist in cross-sell and up-sell new and returning customers using industry leading marketing automation toolsIncreasing the lifetime value of existing customers by building and executing effective targeting strategies and communication funnelsIdentify and optimize segmented profiles and target lists as part of automated campaignsBuild and monitor drip campaigns, automation rules, lists, and templates, and manage performanceExecute multi-channel campaigns on a timely basis based on client needs and campaign schedulesWork with stakeholders create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximize conversionsExperienced in SMS and voice message campaignsWork with Analytics and IT teams to create customer lists leveraging predictive models and/or other targeting criteriaDevelop and implement continuous improvement ideas to improve processes, speed, and data accuracyComply fully with all privacy, confidentiality, marketing permissions, data security and other requirements related to the handling, access and storage of customer dataProvide training and documentation for new and existing usersYour wellness is our priorityTo protect your health and wellness, Fairstone will conduct recruitment digitally for this position.

We look forward to introducing you to the team at Fairstone once physical distancing measures are lifted.The minimum qualifications for this position are:5 years digital marketing experience, including proven experience in marketing automation or email marketing using market leading platforms – Pinpoint or Marketo experience preferredBachelor’s degree or College diploma in related fieldProficient in marketing automation executionExperience with A/B and multivariant testing requiredTechnical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deploymentExperience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferableExperience with A/B and multivariant testing requiredKeen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approachUnderstand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycleAbility to stay organized under conditions of multiple tasks and tight deadlines with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and quality of deliverablesStrong analytical skills to drive business insightsAdvanced knowledge of web analytics, e.G.

Google Analytics and market leading platformsProven ability to effectively communicate and work with team members, business users and technical staffFinancial services industry background an assetFrench language skills an asset
