Digital Imaging Specialist

ABB Electrification business (EL) is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions
– enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption.

We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

This role will product 360 Spin imagery based on the requirements and priorities of the ABB’s Electrification Business based in the Bromont, QC Distribution Center.

This Digital Imaging Specialist will be a core member of the Customer Experience Team and this role is positioned to make a direct contribution to ABB’s digital transformation.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the total quality management of digital images and associated media production processes supporting ABB’s related visual assets.

Your responsibilities Produce best in class digital images and ensure that proper quality assurance techniques are followed.

Use proper lighting, style and set up following defined specifications by the supplier.

Ensure the accuracy of the product / SKU before capture and submission to the image library.

Assist in creating and then working within established workflows and processes.

Use independent judgement to problem solve and make recommendations to improve efficiency.

Your background Associates college degree required along with knowledge of digital capture and image editing applications such as Adobe Photoshop.

Ability to execute basic digital retouching and color correction, silos, color balancing and shadow creation and having computer literacy in Mac OS and Windows.

Previous photography experience that includes tabletop, mannequin and various types of products.

Self-starter and effective communicator who is passionate about his/her position and committed to fostering a “team” approach and achieving successful results.

Maintain high standards for safety and housekeeping and assure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
