Be fulfilled in your role

As our BI specialist, you will become our data modeling and administration expert and participate in all phases of a business intelligence project:

• Understand and analyze customer needs and find solutions to analytical problems;
• Participate in the structuring of data in a context of growing volume and be a force of proposal in the reflections of data architecture;
• Model the data to create and administer the data models for the various projects and the ready-to-use data marts for the client;
• Develop ETL processes adapted to move from operational data to structured information for our clients;
• Implement quality monitoring / automated testing processes to ensure reliable data;
• Document data dictionaries and be the contact person for any data related questions;
• Design and create dashboards presenting data in a simple and understandable way.

You will benefit the company with the following skills and qualifications:

• Your expertise in optimized SQL queries, in different DBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, …)
• Your experience with ETL tools (ex. Talend)
• Your good knowledge of reporting tools (PowerBI)
• Your analytical mind to understand the data and extract useful indicators
• Your ability to manage information and process large volumes of data
• Your desire to collaborate with highly skilled development teams
• Your passion for new technologies and the desire to stay current
• Your enthusiasm for the medical field and improving population health care
