What will your typical day look like?
As a Cyber Policy & Compliance Manager some of your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Identify key cybersecurity requirements for Deloitte based on understanding of the firm’s business objectives, cybersecurity risk appetite and considering key threats, regulatory, legal and client requirements, and technology trends.
- Interact with different teams to ensure consistent application of cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Monitor compliance with cyber security standards.
- Advise project teams on applicability and interpretation of the cyber security standards.
- Assist with the exceptions to cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Help planning and coordinating audits and compliance activities related to ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 2 and PCI.
- Participate in vendor risk assessments.
- Monitor risk findings, remediate resolution including development and execution of corrective action plans, and ensure follow-up reporting and monitoring.
- Assist on the creation of phishing drills, scope, messages, and landing pages, as well as awareness messages to be displayed following the drills.
- Assist with the scheduling of the phishing drill.
- Monitor the campaign and raise risks and issues to the IT Security leadership.
- Assist with incident response plan.

The team is looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science; or related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a technical or operational role with an information security focus.
- Proficiency in cyber policy writing and compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge of the ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27017, SOC 2 and PCI standards.
- Deep understanding of IT controls and cyber security domains.
- A good understanding of IT Infrastructure.
- Experience with security practices of Intranet and Cloud Computing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to shift tasks in fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to solve problems under time constraints.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills (written and verbal).
