Customer Solutions Developer, Google Technical Professional Services Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Experience coding with a programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python) Preferred qualifications: Experience working with and managing internal and external partners/customers Experience with the ad serving industry and internet technologies, data integration projects, and cloud technologies Ability to adapt a message to the technical level of an audience and present technical materials to groups of any size Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail and project management skills About the job gTech’s Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers.

Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.

In this role, you will develop innovative solutions to the business problems faced by advertisers.

You will work as a critical technical partner for our Sales teams.

You will develop solutions that will take many forms, from prototypes and demos to education all with the technology resources of Google to back it up.

Seeing the unique business challenges faced by our advertisers, you will be identifying and prioritizing projects and will be developing solutions.

Working across the entire organization, you will leverage your wide-ranging experience and skill-set to find the best solution for the problems.

Responsibilities Work closely with customers to understand underlying business challenges.

Build relationships with the Sales team and customers, then leverage these relationships to identify and develop innovative technical solutions that lead to more advertising business.

Design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from Developers to Marketing.

Leverage Google’s Cloud infrastructure and big data analytics systems to achieve goals.

Provide technical consulting services and guidance around Google APIs and Google Cloud platforms to help clients develop applications across products.
