Customer Service Agent and Accounting Support

ACCEO Solutions and its Home and Building Supply Industry Solutions Business Unit are looking for a customer support specialist to join our customer support team for their solutions.

You are passionate about customer service and have good retail knowledge? We have the challenges you are looking for!

The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent are to answer customer calls regarding our products

Tasks and responsibilities

• Collect and analyze client needs;
• Conduct necessary research to answer client questions;
• Perform a problem diagnosis, and resolve first-level application and technical issues;
• Follow up on calls with clients;
• Document each call in the ticketing system.

What you need:

• Bilingual (we serve clients across Canada in English and in French);
• Experience in customer service (call centres) in application support;
• Knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365 suite software;
• Knowledge of retail trade;
• Love teamwork and want to learn constantly.

Assets::

• Good computer skills;
• Knowledge of accounting language;
• Resourceful/curious/concise and thorough.
