We are Prime.Prime is currently seeking a Business Solutions Consultant to champion our wireline business and sales execution program in Ontario.Driven with a winning entrepreneurial spirit, the Business Solutions Consultant will be responsible for delivering results by building integrated customized solutions for clients using standard products.

They will be able to effectively position Rogers and present a strong value proposition.

The BSC owns the sales execution program meeting and exceeding defined sales targets supporting overall company objectives.The ideal candidate will possess a career portfolio of combined senior level sales experience and add significant value to the growth of our wireline business in Ontario.Responsibilities of the role:Achieve defined sales objectives of Prime’s Business Unit for next generation products (Network Internet, Ethernet, Private networks, IP voice, MPLS and Professional Services) and IOT Solutions (M2M, Fleet, Asset Tracking, Sensors)Strategically leverage refined, demonstrated and polished senior sales skill and ability, utilizing expertise and knowledge to promote and win business in competitive situationsCreate and execute a sales [RH3] plan comprised of specific coverage initiatives to achieve defined KPIsCreate innovative proposals and deliver strategic and engaging sales presentationsInitiate and develop migration plans with legacy services for customers to ensure a rapid and effective transition to Rogers next generation network servicesAssist in timely execution of all contract renewalsBuild and govern relationships with key personnel in accounts, specifically at the executive decision-making levelClearly communicate the value of solutions, both to the existing and prospective customer in order to promote the benefits of products and endorse RogersThoughtfully differentiate Prime/Rogers against the competition in each opportunityAs the product expert, actively participate in discovery meetings, reviewing the customer’s technical requirements using a consultative approachWorks closely with Prime leadership and Rogers to propose, design, price and close qualified opportunitiesLeverage all Prime/Rogers resources to help with design and document the best possible Rogers solution(s) based on the customer requirements (business, budgetary and technical)Ensure that all opportunities, processes and procedures are completed and tracked through CRM (Salesforce.com)Document all requirements and outcomes from meetingsNegotiate pricing to ensure profitable margins; follow the process for escalation of non-standard pricing to internal executives at Prime and Rogers as requiredReview all major deliverables (i.e.

strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met Qualified candidates will possess:8-10 years senior sales experience in direct sales in multiple segments and verticals5-7 years’ experience IT/Telecommunications architecture and planningUndergraduate degree or equivalent experienceStrong consultative sales ability with analytical insight to build business cases to support customers in the decision-making processes
· Dedicated to proactive relationship management with proven ability to develop and foster senior-level relationships and successfully achieve results with complex customer and vendor relationshipsStrong technical background in Network and Carrier services and/or Internet of Things (IoT) is preferredSolid ability to produce IT solutions, both independently and collaboratively; experience dealing with outsourced IT relationshipsFinancial estimation experienced as relates to service costs for labour & technology, preferably within ITPolished business communication skill set, written and verbal, demonstrating poise and confidence with customers and presentation skillsSolid business acumen and capacity to understanding intricacies of a customer’s business i.e.

function, processes, and operationsExperience leading diverse teams in the planning and/or delivery of IT projects is preferred
