Business Development Manager

Adecco is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to work full-time for our client, a leading indirect vehicle financing and leasing solutions provider, located in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and expanding, district sales initiatives and relationships with each business partner. Increasing client presence and support for consumer and standard loan, subvened retail and leases, to exceed annual sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Attain HCCA goals within the assigned sales district pertaining to Retail Loans and Leases Originations

2. Support OEM goals

3. Prepare and present dealership portfolio results and program analysis

4. Provide competitive information and analysis, provide competitive recommendations

5. Complete all required company training and certifications.

6. Develop and execute sales action plan in conjunction with the Director of Field Sales East, including prioritizing dealer contacts activity within the district

7. Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years, previous experience as a field sales representative in automotive finance, essential.

• Experience with banking indirect auto lending is an asset.

• Experience with captive finance company dedicated to specific OEM preferred.

• Previous experience with Lease required.

• Previous experience with Protection Products preferred.

• BS/BA preferred for potential candidates.

• Good knowledge of English language, spoken and written

• Ability to analyze difficult situations, respond quickly and logically to resolve issues amicably.

• Proven sales track record in a competitive lending environment

• Broad, comprehensive, and working, social aptitude for computers, ever increasing skill set (Salesforce, Microsoft suite)

• Capacity to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, at all levels.

• Penchant to gain cooperation and commitment from OEM partners.

• Capacity to cooperate and collaborate with all internal departments within corporate office
