The Bilingual Specialist, Workplace Learning Solutions is responsible for coordinating all seminars & workshops. The Bilingual Specialist is accountable for overseeing incoming requests from intake through to follow-up after delivery, supports the Workplace Learning Solutions team in maintaining the facilitator network and providing support to the facilitators, coordinates all content for seminars and/or workshops, including collateral materials and PowerPoint presentations.
Responsibilities:
Responds to requests for Wellness / Workshop sessions
Sources and assigns appropriate facilitator for Wellness / Workshops sessions
Initiates client contact to confirm details of request and enters all information into our client databases
Coordinates and manages any unusual circumstances / requests for seminars
Liaises with the Sales and Account Management team as needed
Prepares service agreements for customers as appropriate
Produces and prepares seminar/workshop materials when necessary
Processes all facilitators’ invoices for work completed – sends to accounting and enters into client databases
Follow-up with facilitators and/or clients as needed post delivery
Refreshes materials, updates content, and customizes the curriculum as necessary
Ensures English / French equivalent materials are produced in concert with content changes
Identifies issues facilitators are experiencing
Identifies gaps in facilitator and other related coverage and advises National International Recruitment of need
Liaises with National and International Recruitment as needed to support recruitment efforts
May conduct in-person or telephonic interviews as needed
Evaluations reporting, etc.
Succeeding in the Specialist, Workplace Learning Solutions role will require the following core qualifications and skills:
College or university undergrad degree preferred
Bilinguism in French and English is required
1-2 years general work experience
Work-health productivity experience ideal
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong written communication & listening skills
Demonstrated customer focus and strong client service skills
Action oriented, including ability to juggle high volume of requests
