You will be required to work with our clients’ representatives, internal consultants and administrators, as well as with representatives of financial institutions and insurance companies. All this in a reputable and growing company! You will report to the Pension Administration team in our Halifax office but remote work / work from home arrangements are available.

Responsibilities:
Answering calls from clients and their employees and make outbound calls (follow-ups)
Doing required research to be able to answer questions that concern their pension plan
Processing information received from the client using internal databases and information systems
Succeeding as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative on the Pension Administration Team will require the following core qualifications and skills
Bilingualism and very good oral and written communication skills in English and French
Experience in a call centre or customer service role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work with Web sites and databases
Enthusiasm and professionalism
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
