Skills and Credentials Required to Succeed as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Mental Health)

  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent college or post-secondary diploma;
  • Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English) mandatory;
  • Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend shifts;
  • Customer service experience in a social service, sales, call center or office environment.
  • Ability to go from a call to chat and/or emails.
  • Ability to train and work full time
