AudienceView: Director, Agile Software Development

The Role:The Director AGILE SW Development at AudienceView is a senior role within the Engineering organization.

S/HE is responsible for the development capabilities across the organization including Coding, QA, DevOps, SDLC, Standards and Framework.

S/He will be an accomplished development professional that will define, implement & operationalize SW development best practices and SDLC processes with a particular emphasis on AGILE, to ensure we consistently create high quality products in a repeatable and predictable manner.

S/He is responsible for understanding the needs of the organization and then building the capabilities to fulfill those needs.

S/He will act as a senior technical resource who can leverage their own substantial experience to lead the development organization in solving complex technical problems to deliver value to our clients and their patrons.

As Director AGILE SW Development you will perform the following roles:People Leadership 40%Manage a team of 5-8 direct reports and > 40 indirect reportsManaging remote teams across multiple time zonesPerformance Management leveraging SMART objectives that are aligned to and support departmental goalsCareer planning and support for teamEstablish and maintain strong relationships with peers across the organizationSolution Development 30%Create and manage a resourcing plan that meets the future needs of the organizationEstablish and maintain a scalable development organization leveraging third party augmentation modelDefine & implement operational processes & technologies to enable multiple concurrent development pathsMaintain and evolve CI/CD tools, processes and techniques to support near-real time deployment pipelinesGrow & retain expertise in Core IP and technologiesCreate and maintain SW Development Technology roadmapSound estimation techniques for SW Development initiativesOwn and evolve SDLC.
