Associate Partner- Salesforce (Quebec)

Introduction As the IBM Salesforce Associate Partner in Québec, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems.

You will lead IBM into the future by shaping and innovating Salesforce and digital solutions that reinvent the way our clients do business.

Practice leadership includes hiring and expanding advisory and delivery team, offering management, and other practice area responsibilities.

Your Role and Responsibilities Salesforce Delivery and Leadership
• Lead large team to build essential solutions in complex enterprise setting
• Manage delivery using on-shore and off-shore teams
• Illustrate eminence in the Salesforce technical community (e.g., thought leadership, articles, talks, competitions, certifications) Sales Experience
• Build and maintain relationships with client organization and executives
• Generate pipeline for Salesforce Sales in the Québec Market across several industries
• Engineer and sell deals (services and licences) for a variety of organization
• Work with several organizations within IBM to build integrated offers
• Leverage the partnership with Salesforce to co-create transforming Salesforce-based solution
• Scope and estimate Salesforce and digital user-centric solution
• Lead the responses to RFPs to shape and price solutions Develop our People and our Practice:
• Build a relationship across all levels of the practice
• Take personal responsibility to develop and mentor our people
• Establish formal community activities to develop skills and expertise on specific domains of interest
• Differentiate the offering and the people working on it through the depth and breadth of expert skills
• Create and envision solutions that transform the way our clients conduct business GBS10AP Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Deep technical Knowledge in the Salesforce platform: Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Einstein Analytics
• Proficient in French Language
• Proven delivery record with Salesforce-based solution
• 5-year experience in sales of Salesforce-based solution
• 8 Consulting years of prior experience in a consultative role building Salesforce-based solutions
• Ability to travel up to 50% Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Salesforce Certifications
