Apply to the role anyway Associate, Client Engagement Reporting to the Manager, Client Operations, this role will be working in a small team and be responsible for all aspects of operations and administrative support.

You must possess a great attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality and have great communication skills.

The role will also work on a variety of tasks to address client needs and the smooth operation of client accounts.

Desired Outcomes Respond to client and advisor account and trade inquires in a timely manner Assist with the production of monthly internal metrics reports Assist with advisor subscription/redemption requests.

Actively contribute to the resolution of all requests from clients with an exceptional service Ensure accuracy and reliability of CRM system (Backstop) including maintaining and updating client information, client holdings and market values.

– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills Communication
