As the Benefits Analyst II, you will assist with the delivery of enterprise benefit, savings and leave programs (CAN/US), exceeding service standards and providing outstanding customer service.

What you will do Responsible for enterprise-wide day-to-day benefit, savings and absence operations through multiple tools.

Resolve benefit, savings and absence issues with keen awareness of interrelationships with other internal/external partners.

Perform accurate and timely benefit calculations, including retros and accruals.

Approve and audit benefit events associated with leaves, savings and benefits.

Educate employees on benefit, savings and absence programs, providing a phenomenal employee experience.

Test benefit, savings, absence and system updates and participate in continuous improvement of processes.

Submit and verify employee insurance claims & coverage with providers across the enterprise.

Directly resolve vendor related issues and partner concerns with vendors.

Maintain accurate benefit, savings and absence records in our system.

Execute other ad-hoc analysis or reporting for various process improvement initiatives, or by other departments.

Participate in special projects and provide input on enterprise-wide administration of benefit programs.

Who you are You have the following qualifications and skills: Degree in Human Resources, Finance or related University Degree.

2-4 years HR and/or benefit administration experience.

Proficient in Excel.

High degree of accuracy, analytical skills and ability to take work with confidential information.

Service oriented
– polite, courteous and respectful in interactions with others.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
