keep readingAlayaCare is looking for an enthusiastic and pragmatic Outsourcing Manager who will lead our growing number of outsourced programs from proposal and selection, to execution, delivery and operation.

The Outsourcing Manager will be instrumental to add on-demand capacity to our engineering teams, get some specific temporary expertise or manage complete outsourced product.You will be responsible for Keep outsourced programs on budget and on time Ensure Operations are delivered according to SLA Optimize a list of companies to outsource software delivery programs and operations Define and Continuously improve processes to deliver software products from outsourcers Align the internal teams in engineering, product management, customer success and customer support with the outsourced processes and programs Collect business requirements, to write proposal, define decision criteria and select proposals Negotiate contracts with win-win approach, and BATNA to keep our pricing optimal Measure and report on defined metrics Participate in defining the integration plan of acquisition which are using outsourced software delivery companies About You You want to make a difference in the world, helping the most vulnerable people 5+ years in managing outsourced projects, programs and operations in a software product company Excellent analytical abilities Great communication skills and ability to influence for driving change Strong project management Enjoying budget and finance, with basic understanding of corporate finance, such as difference between COGS and expenses Strong understanding of agile/scrum/lean in a software development environment Demonstrated negotiation skill for software development procurement Integrity and honesty are keys to your value You have a demonstrable growth mindset Why AlayaCare is a great place to work You make a difference on how people live longer at home while getting the best care available You get access to the awesome O’Reilly learning environment You’ll work with supportive and highly skilled colleagues Stock options in a growing company Career growth and development Health and wellness activities Health benefits package Flexible vacation policy About AlayaCare AlayaCare is revolutionizing the way home care is delivered.
