Actuarial Intern – Pension consulting

Provide actuarial and administration servicing support for our Canadian and international clients in the areas of pensions, life insurance, health insurance and social security. Strong communication skills, good analytical skills, attention to detail, self-management and organization skills are required

To be eligible : Have to be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, administration, finance, or a related field.

 

As a pension consulting intern, you will :

  • Participate in the planning, execution and verification of work related to the management of our clients' pension plans;

  • Actively participate in the preparation of actuarial valuations and data analysis;

  • Calculate various benefits in accordance with pension plan rules and applicable laws;

  • Respond to requests from clients, members and trustees, taking care to communicate the relevant information and do the appropriate follow-up;

  • Be involved in special projects related to administration
