What will your typical day look like?

The account coordinator will assist Deloitte:Isaac in project management, presentation, and process oversight, ensuring creative output remains faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the time frame and budget. This individual will contribute to developing tactical creative briefs for work targeted at various stakeholders (employees, customers, consumers and other stakeholders), and will liaise with media companies and production partners to ensure work is executed on time and with the required specifications. Other relevant tasks may include:
• Conducting meetings with the clients, as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
• Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
• Monitoring the financial progress of engagements, maintaining status reports with clients, and assisting client leads with completing financial reconciliation and billing.
• Working closely with creative teams, strategy leads, and creative leads to help deliver smart, thoughtful work.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is/someone who has:

  • 3-5 years of account service experience, with a focus on project management and production in communications development
  • A deep understanding of traditional and print media channels, as well as production (video, print, digital)
  • Experience helping shape media strategies with media experts, both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Teams

Note: This role does require the selected individual to attain Canadian Reliability-level Secret Clearance. This clearance can only be obtained by individuals who have lived in Canada for the last 5 years. Please note that only applicants who meet this criteria will be considered.
