What you’ll achieve The 5G Software Manager will be a key member of the 5G Solution Engineering team.

The team is responsible for designing, developing and implementing end-2-end solutions of Dell’s 5G technology.

The candidate for this role will have significant work experience technically leading software development and integration teams.

You will: Direct, lead and manage a 5G software development, test and integration team Have experience working in a multi-site organization Ensure priorities of multiple requirements and demands are balanced and clear This Manager position will be responsible for ensuring that the Engineering solution team requirements are clear, the team in Ottawa is properly staffed with impactful people and that value is continuously delivered.
