The Central Unit (CU) team has multiple openings for key roles in a new high-powered Ottawa R&D team.

If you enjoy working on a new product, new software, new team, deep desire to learn and collaborate with others, then we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate would be involved with: Implement and test key Layer 3 features, algorithms and integrate them with the DU and RU and other features in the CU LEAN Agile environment, implementing features in C++ Fixing defects in a timely manner Working with other team members and software architects to determine the high level and detailed designs of the CU components.

Part of a scrum team responsible for the continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) of the CU components.

Identifying, developing, executing, monitoring, and maintaining automated tests in Python Work closely with the other development teams to ensure completeness, quality, and performance of the CU functionality As a Senior Developer you may have additional team leadership responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications: An excellent attitude and desire to work in a collaborative team environment where everybody in the scrum team owns the deliverables and quality.

C++ proficiency 3 to 10 years’ experience working on carrier grade telecommunications products.

The candidate will know what 99.9999% means.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience working with wireless technologies, 4G, 5G, and particularly CU Experience and knowledge with 3GPP, ORAN protocols, RRC, SDAP, PDCP, Wireshark, gdb, and the Atlassian toolset Here’s our story; now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
