Job Titlle:  Supply Chain Quality Program Manager 

Job Location: Montreal/Mirabel, QC, Canada

Key Job responsibilities:

• Represent Procurement Operations Aerostructures in front of Programme/Operations
• Facilitate collaboration between Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM) network and Aircraft OEM functions
• Ensure SCQMs adhere to Program requirements and priorities
• Consolidation and presentation of operational status – performance management, reporting and escalation when required
• Follow up of OEM Disclosure Letters and SARIs with SCQMs network
• Consolidation of rate readiness and transfers of work status for reporting to Client Senior Management
• Support industrial optimization projects
• Support Design to Cost project
• Secure compliance to quality surveillance requirements (Supplier Control Reviews, Suppliers Approvals, etc.)

• You have Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are capable to influence others
• You are curious and have a willingness to learn
• You have leadership skills
• You have very good knowledge of Industrial businesses (Aerospace is a plus)
• You have strong interest for Supply Chain and/or Quality topics
• You have good knowledge of problem-solving techniques
• You have experience in Project Management
• You have a proven background in Supply-Chain managing suppliers
• English: negotiation level
• French: negotiation level
